There will be a primary on September 9 for the Mayor and 3 city council positions. The remaining 3 seats on the council had two or less candidates register to run. The municipal general election is November 4.
Paul is a former refugee from Democratic Republic of Congo who has resettled along with his family in Missoula and become an American citizen. Paul will speak about his experiences as an American citizen coming from a war-torn country and the recent peace agreement there with Rwanda. Read the agreement on the Department of State's website.
