Rob Natelson, a former constitutional law professor at the University of Montana is a constitutional scholar at the Federalist Society.   He is currently the Senior Fellow in Constitutional Jurisprudence at the Heartland Institute, the Independence Institute, and the Montana Policy Institute .  He will discuss Montana's serious problems with the judiciary where the Montana Supreme Court legislates from the bench.
